At Highpoint Allied Health, we believe meaningful progress starts with connection, understanding and the right support at the right time. We work alongside individuals, families and organisations to turn goals into practical steps and create opportunities for greater confidence, participation and independence.
Our multidisciplinary services span allied health, disability assistance, mentoring, recovery coaching, coordination, therapeutic support, consultation and professional development. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we adapt our support as needs, circumstances and goals evolve.
We aim to create an environment where people feel heard, respected and empowered to take an active role in their own journey. Our team brings together professional knowledge and real-world support to help people navigate challenges, recognise their strengths and create sustainable pathways forward.
For organisations and professionals, we also provide consultation, training and capacity-building designed to strengthen practice and improve the quality of support delivered to the people they serve.
Our work is guided by Christian values of compassion, integrity and service. These values shape how we treat people, not who we support. We warmly welcome people of every faith, background, identity and circumstance.
Supporting people. Building capacity. Creating possibilities.
At Highpoint Allied Health, our mission is to empower people to build confidence, resilience and independence through meaningful, person-centred support.
We have a particular passion for improving outcomes for boys and men, while providing inclusive services for people of all backgrounds. Through allied health, mentoring, coaching and practical capacity-building, we work alongside each person to recognise their strengths, navigate challenges and move towards the life they want to lead.
We proudly support NDIS participants as part of our broader commitment to accessible, strengths-based health and community services. Our focus is not simply on providing support, but on helping people develop the skills, confidence and capacity to take greater control of their own lives.
✨ Our ultimate goal is to make ourselves redundant.
Because success isn’t measured by how long you stay with us — it’s measured by how confidently you can move forward on your own.
At Highpoint Allied Health, we specialise in providing personalised allied health and disability support tailored to you. Our person-centred approach meets you where you are, focusing on your individual goals, strengths and circumstances.
Through practical support, skill development, mentoring and holistic care, we work alongside you to build confidence, independence and capacity. We believe in empowering every person to make their own choices, overcome challenges and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
Your goals. Your choice. Your support.
Services are available privately, through the NDIS, or via other funding and referral pathways.

All therapists at Highpoint Allied Health hold advanced degrees in psychology or a related field and are fully licensed to practise in their respective states. They bring extensive training and experience in a variety of therapeutic approaches to support diverse client needs.
In addition to our clinical team, we proudly work with consultants from multidisciplinary and non-traditional backgrounds. While they may not come from psychology-specific disciplines, they bring valuable life experience, specialised knowledge, and personal qualities we deeply respect — such as resilience, empathy, cultural insight, and lived experience. These team members contribute meaningfully to our holistic, person-centred approach and enrich the support we provide.
Our therapists and assistants are trained to support clients with a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and relationship difficulties. We also specialise in working with neurodivergent populations, particularly individuals with autism, ADHD, and intellectual disability — with a strong focus on those with combined presentations such as AuDHD.
In addition to therapy, we provide coaching, multidisciplinary support, and collaborative goal-setting through case conferencing and consultation. Our team also delivers training and capacity-building to organisations seeking to better understand and support neurodivergent individuals.
Whether working one-on-one or in partnership with families, support networks, or service providers, we take a holistic and strength-based approach to care — helping individuals and communities grow with clarity, direction, and purpose.
Therapy can take many different forms, and no two journeys are the same. Some people benefit most from one-on-one sessions (individual therapy), while others may find support, insight, and connection through group therapy. Both approaches can be effective — it really depends on the individual, their preferences, and their goals.
From the very beginning, we take the time to understand what matters most to you.
One of the first things we might ask is: "What would you like to have happen?" and "If we're helping, how will you know?"
These questions help us tailor your support and ensure we’re working together in a way that feels meaningful and helpful to you.
Whether you're seeking a safe space to talk, new tools to manage life’s challenges, or a deeper understanding of yourself, we’re here to support you in a way that fits your unique path.

We provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals are encouraged to explore their thoughts, emotions, and personal goals. Our team uses evidence-informed approaches tailored to each person’s needs, with the aim of promoting wellbeing, insight, and meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you.
Leave your details below and our team will get in touch within 7-14 days.
We’d love to meet you and help you reach your Highpoint.
