Keep Climbing with Medicare

At Highpoint Allied Health, we make it easier for you to access support through Medicare. Depending on your needs, you may be eligible for a Mental Health Care Plan or a Chronic Disease/Physical Care Plan from your GP. These plans reduce the out-of-pocket cost of your sessions and connect you with the right practitioners.

🧠 Mental Health Care Plans (MHCPs)

  • What is it? A referral from your GP that gives you access to Medicare rebates for psychological support.
  • Who is eligible? Anyone experiencing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, ADHD, or other conditions.
  • How many sessions? Up to 10 sessions per calendar year with a registered psychologist or allied health professional.
  • How to get started?

Book an appointment with your GP and request a Mental Health Care Plan.

Currently not accepting new patients; fully booked and at capacity.

🏥 Chronic Disease & Physical Care Plans (CDMPs)

  • What is it? A GP care plan designed to help people with a chronic condition (lasting longer than 6 months) or complex care needs.
  • Who is eligible? People with ongoing conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, chronic pain, asthma, cardiovascular disease, or injury recovery.
  • What supports are covered? Rebates for services like physiotherapy, occupational therapy, exercise physiology, dietetics, or other allied health.
  • How many sessions? Up to 5 rebated sessions per calendar year shared across allied health professionals.
  • How to get started?

Visit your GP and ask for a Chronic Disease Management Plan.

Currently not accepting new patients; fully booked and at capacity.

✅ NDIS support services, privately funded health services or self-funded services, and other government-funded services, including men's programs.

  • We’ll help you understand your plan and simplify the claiming process. If you’re on the NDIS, another government scheme, or private health insurance, we’ll help you explore the best combination of funding options for your situation. If we can’t help directly, we will refer you to another organisation or specialist who can.

Currently accepting new clients through self-funded and NDIS support services; capacity nearly full.

👉 Want to check your eligibility? Speak with your GP or contact our team, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

📄 NDIS Pricing Arrangements & Price Limits

This document is the official NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, published by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). It sets out the maximum prices that registered and unregistered providers can charge for supports delivered under the NDIS.

At Highpoint Allied Health, our services follow this guide to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance. We update our pricing whenever the NDIA releases new arrangements (typically each July).

📌 Disclaimer on Pricing

Our services are charged in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. These rates are set nationally by the NDIA to ensure fairness and consistency across all providers.

Please note: the published NDIS price limit is not the same as staff wages. This amount also covers essential business costs such as administration, compliance, insurance, training, superannuation, and leave entitlements. This ensures our services remain sustainable, safe, and high-quality for every participant.
