We provide flexible, person-centred support tailored to each individual’s unique strengths, goals, and challenges. Our team offers a wide range of services including therapeutic support, coaching, skill-building, consultation, and professional training.
Whether you’re seeking help with mental health and wellbeing, navigating life transitions, building capacity, or strengthening your organisation’s approach to care, we’re here to walk alongside you.
Our services are designed to meet people where they are — offering practical tools, insight, and direction to support long-term growth and resilience.
Guided by Christian values of compassion, integrity, and service, we approach every interaction with respect, dignity, and a genuine desire to see people flourish. We welcome and support all individuals and organisations, regardless of faith or background.
At Highpoint Allied Health, our mission is to deliver person-centred health and community services that help individuals—especially boys and men—build resilience, improve wellbeing, and reach their full potential.
Through practical support, coaching, and tailored care, we walk alongside our clients on their journey toward growth and independence.
We proudly support NDIS participants as part of our broader commitment to inclusive, strengths-based care.
✨ At Highpoint Allied Health, we work towards making ourselves redundant. Because success isn’t measured by how long you stay with us — it’s measured by how confidently you can move forward on your own.
Our team is made up of experienced, accredited professionals who are passionate about delivering the highest quality care to every individual we support. With diverse backgrounds across health, community services, and coaching, each team member brings unique strengths and lived experience to their role.
We work collaboratively to provide personalised, strengths-based support that meets people where they are — emotionally, culturally, and practically. Whether it's guiding someone through a recovery journey, navigating the NDIS, building life skills, or improving wellbeing through psychosocial support, our practitioners are committed to helping clients grow with clarity and confidence.
Our multidisciplinary team includes recovery coaches, support coordinators, psychosocial mentors, allied health professionals, and consultants — all united by a shared purpose: to empower our clients to reach their high point and live with greater independence, resilience, and self-belief.
Services are available privately, through the NDIS, or via other funding and referral pathways.

All therapists at Highpoint Allied Health hold advanced degrees in psychology or a related field and are fully licensed to practise in their respective states. They bring extensive training and experience in a variety of therapeutic approaches to support diverse client needs.
In addition to our clinical team, we proudly work with consultants from multidisciplinary and non-traditional backgrounds. While they may not come from psychology-specific disciplines, they bring valuable life experience, specialised knowledge, and personal qualities we deeply respect — such as resilience, empathy, cultural insight, and lived experience. These team members contribute meaningfully to our holistic, person-centred approach and enrich the support we provide.
Our therapists are trained to support clients with a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and relationship difficulties. We also specialise in working with neurodivergent populations, particularly individuals with autism, ADHD, and intellectual disability — with a strong focus on those with combined presentations such as AuDHD.
In addition to therapy, we provide coaching, multidisciplinary support, and collaborative goal-setting through case conferencing and consultation. Our team also delivers training and capacity-building to organisations seeking to better understand and support neurodivergent individuals.
Whether working one-on-one or in partnership with families, support networks, or service providers, we take a holistic and strength-based approach to care — helping individuals and communities grow with clarity, direction, and purpose.
Therapy can take many different forms, and no two journeys are the same. Some people benefit most from one-on-one sessions (individual therapy), while others may find support, insight, and connection through group therapy. Both approaches can be effective — it really depends on the individual, their preferences, and their goals.
From the very beginning, we take the time to understand what matters most to you.
One of the first things we might ask is: "What would you like to have happen?" and "If we're helping, how will you know?"
These questions help us tailor your support and ensure we’re working together in a way that feels meaningful and helpful to you.
Whether you're seeking a safe space to talk, new tools to manage life’s challenges, or a deeper understanding of yourself, we’re here to support you in a way that fits your unique path.
We provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals are encouraged to explore their thoughts, emotions, and personal goals. Our team uses evidence-informed approaches tailored to each person’s needs, with the aim of promoting wellbeing, insight, and meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you.
